Refund / Cancellation Policy
By signing up to our retreats you agree to our refund / cancellation policy.
For all retreat and tours, you’re entitled to a full refund within 48 hours of booking if you email us to let us know you need to cancel for any reason. If the retreat/tour is less than 14 days away, we’ll do our best to provide a refund if we can fill your reserved space – minus any non-refundable entrance tickets we’ve purchased on your behalf and an administrative charge of $500.
Payments, minus the administrative charge of $500, are refundable if you cancel 30 or more days before the start of the retreat, for any reason.
Changes/cancellations within 30 days of the retreat are at our discretion, based on whether we can find someone to fill your place in the time given to us – part of your deposit may be usable as credit towards a future retreat.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the tour starts then your deposit is non-refundable. This is because we use your deposit to purchase various tickets that are needed as part of the tour. This includes train tickets to Machu Picchu and your Machu Picchu entrance tickets. Once we have purchased these tickets on your behalf we are not able to cancel these tickets and get refunds.
No refunds are given during or after the trip.
For all tours and retreats, we strongly recommend you purchase personal travel insurance throughout the trip to cover personal medical expenses and emergency evacuation in the unlikely event you should require it.
